I don't think so. For one, I seem to know about it; for another, I've never posted anything here before.

Is there a name for this sort of reflexive tail-biting question? Presumably it's not a Cretan Paradox, since I don't see how a question can be a paradox. But perhaps it's something Cretan.

Anyhow, I'm sorely tempted to stop commenting at Acephalous altogether, and confine my comments to this or other SEK gag blog. Indeed, I feel the whole sub-genre of gagblogging merits investigation.

You know, I was wondering who'd be the first to comment on one of my secret blogs. I should've known it'd be the man with eight or nine of them himself.

Eight or nine, and all of them functionally secret. Oh yes.

I remember finding one of them, not knowing it was yours -- with a picture of a scarecrow as an avatar? -- and damn near commenting before realizing. I felt took. Hoodwinked. Gadzooked.

Why do all those sound sort of the same? Ah, the mysteries of language.

Took.
Hoodwinked.
Zooked.
Yes. Why do they all sound so similar?

That's no scarecrow. It's a Sir John Tenniel racist caricature of an Irishman from a characteristically offensive nineteenth-century Punch cartoon. Or are you saying that all Irishmen look like scarecrows to you? Eh? Eh? Racist.

Good job this is a secret blog, what?

Well, I say it's a secret blog.

Or is it?
